No, no OB yet. STILL waiting on Mike's insurance to start. Now it's totally an HR problem here, and if I don't get to go to the dr next week, I will go ballistic.
I am very glad to have found Sara; she is really awesome. Even though her kids aren't Isaac's age, Isaac still has a lot of fun with them. It's also cool to see his reaction to having a baby around.
Regarding the Fuzzi-buns -- I haven't bought any more, and I don't think I will. Isaac's poops are way too slimy for me to deal with on a full-time basis, though I am making an effort to use the two that I have every day, and I think it makes his little tushy happier. He is showing signs of potty-learning readiness, so I think when we get paid next we might look into getting him a potty to start down that road. Very slowly. With minimal pressure.
Well...we're more interested in introducing the IDEA of a potty, and let Isaac decide the pace and where it goes from there. We hear all the time from my Dad how he was trained at a year, and I was trained at 18 months...you know the drill. I'm trying to avoid as much flamage as possible from the community at this decision, but we think Isaac is showing some signs that he is ready (interest in the big-people potty; sudden finickiness with regards to being clean; being aware of peeing when his diaper is off). My project next week will be to teach him how to pull his pants on and off, though I'm sure that experiment will go horribly awry in public somewhere.

Wow that's quick for potty training! Hope it works! And you look great!
