Storm '06 hits our 'hood

The local news is saying we're supposed to get 8 to 12 inches of big, fluffy, life-interrupting snow in the next 24 hours. When Isaac woke up from his nap this afternoon I showed him the snow falling out our front window. "Outside, Mama?" he said. "Play snow! Where's boots? Where's hat?" How can you say no? And we got a chance to finally break in this uber-sexy snowsuit Mee-maw got him for Christmas. Here we are bundling up:



Unlike the last time, this snow wasn't so "yucky." Here's our intrepid explorer stomping around the backyard...
